Our products are strictly complying with the testing standards of CE, RoHS and REACH. Moreover, TUV IP68 & IK08 test reports, TUV flame resistance test report, and more are available for different products and accessories.
33. Are your products dimmable? What dimmer should we use?
Yes, dimming (0-100%) is available when using a PWM controller. All of our products can be dimmed by using 0-10V, DMX512 and Dali system.
44. How to control your RGB and RGB Pixel lighting fixtures?
Our RGB flex neon lights can be controlled by 3-channel PWM controllers, and it supports DMX512 control signal as well.The protocol of our RGB pixel neon lighting is SPI/TTL, it can be controlled by any SPI controllers that are compatible with UCS2903(RGB)/USC2904(RGBW) IC. A DMX/Artnet-SPI decoder is required for DMX512/Artnet controllers.
55. What is the main difference between RGB/RGBW product and RGB/RGBW pixel product?
The RGB/RGBW series are able to change colors, but all the LEDs get changed to the same color at one time together, yet they can't be changed separately by each section.The RGB/RGBW pixel series have a control chip (IC) built into each cutting unit and they can have their color controlled individually from each other.
66. How to select the suitable power supply for your lighting fixture?
The constant voltage power supply is required for all of our low voltage lighting fixtures.We would like to suggest you select the power supply with the loading that is around 20% higher than the actual to achieve a longer lifespan. For example, for a 10 meter length of GSFN1018-3000K (12W/m), the actual loading is approximately 120W in total, it would be better to select the 150W power supply.
77. What's the standard warranty length?
Ginde Star warrants the finished products free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a standard period of 2-3 years started from the date of purchase, and an extended warranty is available upon request.
88. What kind of LED do you use in your products?
We normally use Epistar LED Chip , and the brand of SAN AN is optional.
